Senior Client Service Rep

Summary
Deliver a personalized, premium client experience and build lasting relationships as a Senior Client Advisor. Represent the Maison through in-depth product knowledge, storytelling, and attentive service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients, understand their needs, guide them through the sales ceremony, and provide recommendations and after-sales support.
Develop client relationships by accurately capturing client data, following up, and participating in boutique events and networking.
Share knowledge of the Maison, its history, values, collections, materials, construction, and care.
Support daily boutique operations, including set-up, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
Meet or exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines and maintaining strong service standards.
Requirements
Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
General knowledge of or interest in timepiece movements.
Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and work collaboratively.
Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends; additional language skills are a plus.
