The Cardiac Nurse Educator will support the Cardiac Unit, including the Cath Lab, Cardiovascular Services, and Interventional Cardiology Unit, with an opportunity to influence practice across procedural and specialty areas. Reporting to the Manager of Cath Lab, the Cardiac Nurse Educator will partner closely with Cath Lab managers, interventional cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and a highly skilled team of nurses and technologists. Responsibilities include designing curriculum, coordinating orientation and skills validation, mentoring new and experienced staff, leading quality improvement education, and supporting evidence-based practice initiatives.
