Head of Recruiting & HR
Patients Emergency Room and Hospital
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical roles across sites.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers across locations.
Conduct investigations, resolve workplace issues, and coach managers on performance and conduct.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
Maintain and update policies, procedures, and handbooks across sites.
Monitor HR metrics and support audit readiness for all locations.
Performance & Development
Partner with leadership to manage performance reviews and corrective action plans.
Identify training needs and support ongoing development initiatives.
Oversee HRIS accuracy, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Manage employee leave programs, accommodation requests, and attendance programs.
Coordinate HR communications across multiple sites.
Build strong working relationships with site leadership teams.
Travel regularly to hospital and urgent care locations for visibility and support.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Masters degree or MBA (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Use hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
Read printed materials and computer screens for prolonged periods.
Communicate clearly through speech and hearing during meetings and phone calls.
Standing, walking short distances within the office.
Lifting or carrying office items such as files or supplies (typically up to 1020 lbs).
