As a Security Guard - Access Control in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor alarms and support daily security-related operations at the location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, clear communication and using technology while helping create a professional environment. Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor front desk activity, greet and direct visitors, manage access procedures, and help to document and report unusual activity or incidents.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
