Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of Nursing professionals. As an LPN at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while furthering your career.
Job Responsibilities:
Administers and records medications and treatments
Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
Perform other job-related duties as they become required
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama
CPR certification
Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Additional Offerings:
Hourly rate: $25.63 - $34.5 HOURLY
Shift differential: $3.75 for 7pm-7am shifts
