What you'll do Cover the open shifts you've agreed to take Give person-centered care to each resident Do regular rounds so every resident gets consistent, individual attention Document care clearly so the next shift has what it needs Work closely with community staff and build real connections with residents What you'll need Required: Active New Jersey LPN license At least 1 year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or another healthcare setting Flu vaccine for shifts inside a UMC community (medical and religious exemptions may be requested) Pass a drug test and background check Age 18 or older Pay and benefits: Base pay: $34.00/hour Shift differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour nights, +$4.00/hour weekends Flexible scheduling Schedule Per diem.
