Staffing Coordinator

Meadowview SNF is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic teamat our skilled nursing facility. The Staffing Coordinator is an essential part of our facility's team. Your responsibilities will consist of: You would be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of nursing schedules, payroll processing tasks, time administration, reconciliations, related reports and responding to inquiries related to payroll processes and procedures. Control, approve and track all PTO as necessary. Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated by the DON. Post and fill open shifts. Maintain timely record of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals. Monitor daily PPD. Monitor and minimize staff overtime.
