Warehouse: Order Puller Full Time

Warehouse Order Selector - Rocky Hill, CT

Job Summary: Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors / Pickers to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately and safely hand selecting orders using electric pallet jacks within various warehouse environments. This position offers a pay range of $17.00 - $26.00 per hour based on daily productivity metrics and provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Schedule - 5 days a week full time, 8am start

Responsibilities:

Operate electric pallet jacks to hand select orders

Stack products on pallets following operating procedures

Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations

Maintain selection rates per temperature zones

Shrink-wrap products to secure loads for transit, manually or using shrink-wrap machines

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or picker preferred

Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks

Ability to work in various warehouse temperature environments

Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 55 lbs

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection
