Fairgrounds Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join our experienced team in Reno, Nevada . We are a progressive small animal general practice providing comprehensive veterinary services, including wellness care, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and urgent care.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian seeking a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and the ability to practice high-quality medicine with modern equipment and a skilled support team.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Candidates must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, in Nevada and be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.

We are not currently accepting Veterinary Graduates Awaiting Licensure (VGAL).

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Active Nevada veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date

Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
Collaborative and team-oriented approach to medicine
