Performing daily rounds and documenting equipment status

Tackling mechanical delays and executing repairs across the mill

Driving down maintenance costs through smart, proactive work

Scanning and tracking all parts used from inventory during your shift

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Journeyman Millwright/Machine Repairman card

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

Positive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and quality

Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

Must pass a mechanical assessment test
