Program Manager

• Financial Controls - assuring programs are performed within specific program award budgets
• Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
• Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
• Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers
• Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
• A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required.

8+ years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must. BSME is required, preferred – advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferable but not required.
