UNDERGRADUATE RECRUITER (TEMPORARY)

Monday through Friday- 8am to 5pm (Fully Onsite)

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field

High-volume recruiting experience

Corporate recruiting and talent acquisition experience

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies

Build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process

Coach hiring leaders on recruiting best practices and market trends

Partner with sourcing teams and HR stakeholders to deliver top talent

Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams

Assist with process improvement initiatives and recruiting projects

Support high-volume hiring efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency

This is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield, IL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
