Cook Overview

This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for events such as meetings and weddings, preparing items for an a la carte kitchen, reading food tickets, banquet event orders, assisting the Executive chef with inventory and ordering, and ensuring food sanitation, nutrition and cross‑contamination standards.

Ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are set up and stocked.

Compiling and assessing inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.

A keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills.

Flexible working hours.

Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.

Health, dental, and vision insurance available.

Paid holidays and additional paid days off for birthday and anniversary after five years.
