Onsite System Recruiter

Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, Carmel, Danbury, Sharon, Norwalk, New Milford (travel within NY/CT region required)

We are seeking an Onsite System Recruiter to lead and manage full‑cycle talent acquisition at a large healthcare hospital food service operation, supporting seven hospital accounts located in the regions listed above.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite recruitment activities

Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates, presenting top talent to hiring managers for final selection

Coordinate and support interview days, hiring events, and career fairs

Conduct reference checks, document results, and provide recommendations within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Assist in developing assessment center materials, including interview questions and candidate scenarios

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Provide administrative and documentation support related to recruitment activities

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Previous experience in recruitment or a similar HR/administrative role preferred

Strong knowledge of HR and recruiting processes, with a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone presence

Reside within the NY/CT region with ability to travel to assigned account locations
