Full-Time Virtual Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well‑established law firm in Redlands to identify an experienced Paralegal to join its team. This is a full‑time, onsite role supporting attorneys in both the local office and remotely based colleagues.

The Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys with probate, conservatorship, and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and experienced working in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

Draft, format, and revise discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

Handle service and transmittal of legal documents and correspondence

5+ years of relevant paralegal experience in a law office setting

Knowledge of civil discovery and litigation procedures

Solid understanding of California state and local court rules

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
