REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Certifications as required for the role
• Experience in operating room settings
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• CPI certification required for emergency services

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care to nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Support competency of clinical staff and manage resources effectively.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES

• Uniform Color: Nurses: White or Royal Blue or any mixture; Constant patient observers/sitters: Charcoal Grey
• Healthy interventions training required for certain units.
