Final Quality Inspector

As a Final Quality Inspector, you will be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. You will conduct visual inspections, report any defects, and work with our teams to enhance product and process quality. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, we want you on our team!

Conduct Final Inspections: Ensure Compliance: Inspect equipment to confirm adherence to unique customer requirements.

Document and communicate non-conformities to supervisors and engineers.

Support Quality Improvement: Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for identified issues.

Accurately log inspection findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns.

Enhance Processes: Work with engineers and quality teams to prevent defects and streamline operations.

Support company-wide initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

A two-year technical degree OR equivalent training and certifications.

At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with a focus on quality control.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English for testing and repairs.

Familiarity with tools such as digital multimeters (DMMs), power supplies, and hand tools.

Ability to quickly learn advanced inspection techniques.

Close vision for computer work and visual inspections.

Repetitive hand and wrist movements for electronic assembly and testing.
