Full time Bartender / Restaurant Server

HOUSEpitality Restaurants: We are the restaurant group who owns and operates all Boathouse, Casa del Barco, Island Shrimp Co. and Can Can Brasserie locations in and around Richmond, VA.
Our Guests come to us to Celebrate Life one bit at a time with great views, unique character, and delicious food! Flexible in-store training. The Server will provide high-quality service that will help maintain and attract customers. The Server will have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with all other staff. Ensure guests are enjoying the service and the ability to take action to correct any problems as needed
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Work through complaints or problems with a positive attitude
