Virtual Recruiter (Hybrid)Our HR team plays a key role in building strong teams by connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. As a Virtual Recruiter, you'll help drive our hiring efforts through candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers to support our continued growth.What You'll Do:Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managersScreen resumes, conduct phone/video interviewsHandle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATSTrack hiring progress and recruiting expensesCreate reports and assist with HR projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:6 months to 1 year recruiting experience (required)Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRISStrong communication skills (phone, email, video)Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill rolesBachelor's degree preferredWork Environment & ScheduleFull-time, typically Monday–Friday.Hybrid role: remote work, office time, and participation in job fairs as needed.
