Job Description The Powersports Service Manager oversees all service operations for a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members, primarily managing the maintenance and repair of ATVs and Side x Sides. This role involves ensuring efficient service scheduling, maintaining strong customer relations, and guiding staff training to uphold high standards within the dealership. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a medium team of service technicians and staff
Manage service scheduling to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
Train and develop staff to improve technical skills and service standards
Oversee inventory management related to service parts and tools
Administer warranty claims ensuring compliance and accuracy
Utilize proprietary dealership software for service management and reporting
Address and resolve service-related problems efficiently

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in powersports service management
Comprehensive knowledge of powersports vehicles, specifically ATVs and Side x Sides
Proven team leadership skills managing medium-sized groups
Excellent customer service abilities
Inventory management experience
Knowledge of warranty administration processes
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication skills
