Server - Hotel

Prepare and serve a full range of coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.
Monitor coffee bean freshness, restock supplies, and rotate inventory to maintain quality standards.
Create consistently high-quality milk texturing and latte art for specialty beverages.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling beverages, syrups, dairy products, and equipment.
Engage guests with product knowledge, recommending coffee blends, brewing methods, and flavor pairings.
Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.

• Operate the electronic cash register/P.Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
