Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an OB/GYN Physician with Mercy Medical Group, you will join a thriving multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area, directly impacting women's health through a balanced 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology. You will provide exceptional patient care, managing both obstetric and gynecological cases, collaborating closely with a team of experienced physicians offering continuity of care to your patients.

Incoming physician would be based out of Methodist Hospital of Sacramento in Sacramento, CA

Level 2 NICU at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento

50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Call 1:9

Robotics available, though not required

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being and a comprehensive understanding of both obstetrics and gynecology. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physicians with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits

Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals

Compensation Range: $370,000 - $390,000 / Year with opportunities for additional call pay

Job Requirements

Required:

MD or DO degree

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA)

Active or eligible California medical license in the state of California.

DEA certification

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
