Healthcare Recruiter - Full-time

Located in Downtown Austin you will work along side our growing team of Healthcare recruiters recruiting talent all across the United States. In this dynamic role, you will source leads from established databases and online platforms. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and document findings using our CRM /ATS tool.
Elevate your online presence by leveraging social media platforms within your region.
Utilize Microsoft software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to streamline your workflow.
Maintain meticulous records of every interaction throughout the recruitment process.
Demonstrate your strong work ethic and ambition by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and Instagram.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you excel at multitasking.
A minimum of 2 years of successful verifiable experience in recruiting or sales is required.
