As a Zillow Preferred team in San Antonio , we’ve built the systems, training, accountability, and support around Zillow opportunities to help ambitious agents turn more conversations into clients and more clients into closings.

We’re looking for driven, full-time Realtors who are ready to take advantage of it.

And you’ll have the infrastructure of one of Texas' highest-producing real estate teams behind you, including:

Access to different lead generation platforms

Hands-on training, coaching, and accountability

Training from other experienced agents who will show you how to build a career

Scripts, systems, and processes designed to help you close 15+ deals a year

Transaction and administrative support

Marketing resources and a strong local brand

We’re on track to help more than 1,200 families this year , and we've built an entire organization around helping our agents serve more people without having to figure out every part of the business alone.

Who We're Looking For Maybe you’re a newer agent who is serious about building a successful career.

You answer the phone. Conduct property tours for potential buyers with professionalism and expertise

Secure property listings and determine optimal pricing strategies for successful sales accurately

Dedicate time to continuous skill development to excel as a top-performing agent

Foster a collaborative team environment and play a vital role in a supportive network

Stay informed about industry trends by actively engaging in team meetings, training sessions, and relevant events

Must hold a valid Real Estate Agent license in the state of Texas

While not mandatory, having prior experience in Real Estate Sales is highly preferred for this role

Being adaptable to market changes and trends is necessary to thrive in the real estate industry

Candidates must be prepared to dedicate full-time hours to this role

A self-starter mindset and a strong sense of self-accountability are qualities that will contribute to your success
