Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Services

Shamin Hotels

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in our Operations team to manage guest arrivals and departures, handle reservations, and provide information on local activities. You will interact with guests in person and online, ensuring accurate room assignments, billing, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, issuing keys, recording charges, and supporting other front office operations.
