Inventory Receiver - Part Time

Inventory Control Specialist

Support a new product launch by managing inventory control, material traceability, and documentation in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving and tracking materials, maintaining ERP records, and kitting parts for engineering testing and assembly.

Receive, process, and track incoming and outgoing materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and traceability within an ERP system.

Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.

Manage shipping and receiving activities, including invoice closure and inventory notifications.

Kit and organize parts for engineering work orders and assembly needs.

Hands-on inventory control experience, including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting.

ERP system experience (Oracle ERP preferred).

Familiarity with work orders and inventory processes.

Availability to work part-time, preferably 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

Part-time position based in a Boulder manufacturing facility supporting advanced aerospace and defense products. This is a Contract position based out of Boulder, CO.
