Must-Have:
MUST have 18 months of recent Step Down experience.
Travel experience will be accepted.
MUST work at least every other holiday.
Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation, with acceptable scores required.
Description:
Responsible for providing care in a step-down unit.
Will float to additional units to provide care for the same patient population.
Must have experience in step-down, progressive care, or PCU, preferably in one location.
References from managers or supervisors in the specialty are required for qualification.
All required certifications must be active with no pending issues.
Background checks will be reviewed, and any issues may affect eligibility.
Must adhere to nicotine-free facility requirements unless exempt.
Candidates may extend with the client for a maximum of 18 months, after which a break is required.
