Operations Manager
RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of running Center(s) in the assigned Market(s). Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, team member management, budget management, working closely with all partners, maintaining relationships with referring groups, and on-going customer service functions. This position is also responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e., This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week; 40%) Center Operations

Maintain productive relationships with the Center's customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service
Interfaces with Medical Director, SVP, and/or all technical and administrative team members to ensure effective teamwork and efficient Center operations
Administer quality programs and meets or exceeds key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, and administrative functions
Maintains a safe environment for patients, technologists, radiologists and any other Center team members with the assistance of the Center's safety coordinator
Attend Market Success sales calls and lunch meetings with the sales team, providing operations knowledge and to act as a resource
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines
(30%) Team Member Management

Manage and assist in the training of new team members and supervisors, providing resource and technical expertise
Manage team member performance evaluations, compensation recommendations and development of team members, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or termination
Supports and conducts training efforts for continuing education for the technologists and registered nurses
Implement strategies to promote teamwork within the Center and with other team members, including management and radiologists
(Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation
Develop and manage the budget for the Center(s) and recommends financial decisions
Proactively monitor the performance and profitability of services offered
Provide ongoing and timely communication to management and team members regarding Center performance, team performance, events, issues, etc.
(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned
High School diploma, or equivalent
Associate's degree in a medical, business management, or related relevant and applicable field
Five (5) years' relevant and applicable medical experience
Three (3) years' experience managing a team of direct reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Some travel is required between sites; Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance, if personally driving a vehicle for company business, regardless of whether it's a company or personal car
Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related relevant and applicable field
Two (2) years' marketing and sales experience in a healthcare field
