Location: Bristol, PA onsite in office
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; need flexibility for coverage as early as 4am-6:30pm occasionally
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatch Scheduler to support transportation operations throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a transportation, logistics, paratransit, or dispatching background who enjoys coordinating schedules while also providing safe and reliable transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch daily transportation services, monitor routes, and make real-time adjustments as needed
Coordinate vehicle assignments, maintain operational coverage, and utilize dispatch software (Ecolane experience preferred)
Safely transport passengers throughout Bucks County and surrounding areas while delivering exceptional customer service
Conduct vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management regarding service updates and operational needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or fleet operations experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Bucks County and surrounding areas, with excellent navigation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with dispatch technology and computer systems; Ecolane experience is a plus
