We are a compassionate group of anesthesia providers in Texas delivering high quality and efficient care to our long-held and ever-growing list of ambulatory surgery centers, office-based anesthesia locations and acute care surgical hospitals. We provide anesthesia services for the following specialties: Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Ortho/Neuro Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology and Dental (Pediatric and Adult).
Elective Saturday cases are covered by providers on a volunteer basis who are rewarded with additional compensation.
Low-Stress Practice: No Obstetrics, no Cardiothoracic, no Trauma, no Neonates.
Partnership Track: Full-time anesthesiologists are eligible for a profit-sharing partnership after 2 years with shares awarded based on tenure and leadership roles.
Professional Growth: AAC Southwest offers clinical management opportunities and on-going educational opportunities such as sponsoring attendance at ultra-sound guided regional anesthesia courses for qualified providers.
Flexible Scheduling: Credentialing across multiple facilities allows for early-out requests and personalized schedules.

Time away from the practice starts at over 6 weeks per year, including federal holidays when sites of service are closed (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Typically averages 35-45 hours week with seasonal variation

Qualifications Anesthesiologist
ABA Board-Certified or Eligible (certification required within 7 years of completing residency).
Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia training preferred.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced ambulatory environment, including office-based sites of service.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to several client sites (but rarely more than one per day).
