Neonatal Respiratory Therapist

This position involves working in a Neonatal Intensive Care environment. Responsibilities include independently admitting and managing ventilated patients. Experience with Servo U ventilators is required. The candidate should be able to set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures. Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation methods, including biPAP and CPAP, is essential. Neonatal skills to include Bubble CPAP and the use of nitric oxide and high-frequency ventilation. The candidate should be comfortable with a range of respiratory therapy equipment. The documentation system utilized in this role is electronic. The work environment encourages staff growth and offers a supportive atmosphere. Staff tenure and experience contribute positively to the team's dynamic.
