Undergraduate Recruiter

Description Jones-Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract top talent to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Manage job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms.

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Stay up to date with industry hiring trends and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition .

Strong knowledge of hiring practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
