Head of Facilities and Maintenance

Seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Virginia Beach market. This role requires a strong technician or facilities leader who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and partnering closely with Operations to ensure efficient and safe restaurant operation.
Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for:
Commercial refrigeration
Kitchen equipment
Basic electrical and plumbing systems
Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the Virginia Beach area.
- Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, refrigeration).
Experience using a work order management system.
