Corporate Recruiter
PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions.
Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles
Stakeholder Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline health
Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on construction, skilled trades, or related industries

• Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
