Job Description:The Line Cook at Oliver Royale is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the restaurant’s standards while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service. This role works closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation and high-quality guest experience.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standardsSet up and stock assigned station before serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen lineFollow food safety, sanitation, and storage proceduresEnsure proper portioning and presentation of dishesCommunicate with Chef and kitchen team during serviceRestock products and notify leadership of low inventoryAssist with prep work, cleaning, and closing dutiesWork efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality standardsQualifications:Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferredKnowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysReliable attendance and punctualityPassion for food and willingness to learn
