Paralegal, Real Estate [Temp to Perm]

Our client, a highly regarded law firm focused on sophisticated real estate and finance transactions, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its real estate practice. The paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of real estate financings, including due diligence, document preparation, and closing coordination.
Review entity formation documents
Analyze title commitments and surveys; Coordinate with title companies, including review of title policy pro formas
Manage title and survey requirements across multiple stakeholders
Draft and review loan and real estate documents
Coordinate transaction closings, including preparation of signature packages and document delivery
Draft escrow and recording instructions
Assist with due diligence collection and tracking
Experience with complex real estate transactions; Strong proficiency in title and survey review
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with document management systems (NetDocuments or similar platforms preferred)
