Front Of House/ Food Runner

The Food Runnermaintainsexceptional guest experiences by delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in an efficient,accurate, andtimelymanner.
Key Responsibilities
Verifyeach guest receives the correct order.
Assistservers with guest requests.
Act as the point of contact between the Front of the House and Back of the House.
Ensurefood is servedin accordance withfood safety standards.
Personalize guest interactions to create memorable experiences.
Answer guest questionsregardingthe menu and/or resort.
Stay informed on menu changes and substitutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety procedures.
Support team members inmaintaininga clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be at least 14 years of age or older to apply.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be able to speak and read English; additionallanguages are a plus.
Outgoingpersonality with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours).
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30-40 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, andmaintainbalance while carrying trays or plates.
Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work as part of a team while ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
Abilityto tolerateexposure to busy or noisy work areas.
