Work with large capital process equipment; Manage international customer relationships and expectations.

Coordinate interdepartmental responsibilities to support global project execution.

Support other project managers on active projects during the initial training period.

Begin managing assigned projects following the onboarding phase.

Understand and contribute to the development of large-scale industrial equipment for pharmaceutical and related applications.

Participate in project management activities including cost variance reporting and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in process equipment.

Experience supporting customer relationships from order through installation on million-dollar projects.

Must have a working knowledge of large capital process equipment; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a technical liaison between customers and vendors.

Availability to travel domestically and internationally if needed.

PMP certification is preferred.

Availability to work overtime.
