• Your Role as an Occupational Therapist at Cortica:

Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessment too.

Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, and co-treatments with other disciplines as clinically appropriate.

Collaborate with children and families to align care with their values, interests, and goals.

Implement programming that considers the whole child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social domain.

Educate families, caregivers, and team members on home programs that support progress outside of sessions.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies.

Engage in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, and ABA professionals to create the best outcomes for children.

Master or Doctorate's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
