Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. From a quick start, to upfront pricing and financial assistance, to compassionate care by our clinical experts in a serene environment, patients experience infusion therapy like never before.
As the face of the infusion center, you will have the primary responsibility for managing incoming phone calls and patients. The Front Desk Receptionist is an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team and works closely with management and clinical staff. This position will be full time hourly in St. Scans in New Patient Forms into the patient's medical record in a timely manner

• Provides customer service while giving high priority to patient satisfaction, helps schedule their next infusion appointment, welcomes them when they arrive and anticipates their needs. Keeps the facility clean and organized on a daily basis and ordering office supplies as needed
• Scans in delivered drugs to EMR inventory and assists with Medication Inventory Reconciliation when needed
• Takes initiative to present ideas and suggestions to management; Provides excellent internal and external customer service by ensuring work meets quality standards; sets high goals or standards of performance for self; Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare
