Head of Marketing Management

TreeServe is looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager ready to build something from the ground up. You'll have the autonomy, the trust, and the runway to shape TreeServe's marketing program into something we're all proud of.
You'll own campaigns, channel performance, and brand expression, while driving real, measurable results that directly impact our growth. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be a key voice in shaping how we show up in the market, moving from promotion-heavy tactics toward a differentiated, value-led brand presence.

Campaign Execution & Channel Management
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEM, paid social, email, and digital.
Build the channel mix largely from scratch, reducing reliance on expensive, hard-to-measure channels and replacing them with scalable, performance-driven alternatives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

Brand Consistency & Creative Coordination
Ensure all marketing assets - ads, landing pages, emails, content are on-brand.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across every customer touchpoint.
Data, Analytics & Optimization.
Build and own performance reporting across all channels. Create the dashboards, establish the KPIs, and translate data into clear decisions.
AI-Powered Marketing

• Actively use AI tools to accelerate content production, improve audience segmentation, personalize messaging, and automate where it makes sense.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging tools and proactively bring new ideas and platforms to the team.

Content & Thought Leadership
Build and own TreeServe's content calendar, including blog posts, lead magnets, email sequences, and social content, with an emphasis on educational, inspiring, and community-driven storytelling.
Help establish TreeServe as a trusted, authoritative voice in our industry through smart content distribution and consistent engagement.

Partner with Sales to align on lead quality, messaging, and follow-up, ensuring marketing efforts drive real pipeline results.
Support M&A integration efforts as needed, helping bring acquired brands into TreeServe's marketing ecosystem seamlessly.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, combined with;

• 3–6 years of experience in a marketing role with direct campaign ownership.
• Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function from the ground up.
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns with real budget accountability, including familiarity with CAC, ROAS, and CPA.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling copy, not just review it.
• Experience in B2C, home services, or field-service-based businesses is a strong plus.
• Some travel to TreeServe’s operating companies may be necessary.
• Hands-on digital marketing execution: Analytical fluency: comfortable in GA4, ad platforms, and spreadsheets.
• AI and marketing technology adoption: independently stays up to date on the latest technology.
• Highly self-directed: manages own time, priorities, and output

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.
Regular use of hands and arms to handle, reach, and operate office equipment.
Ability to read detailed information, including small print, and enter data into computer systems.
Ability to prepare written documents and reports using a computer or writing instruments.
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and copiers.

Occasional proximity to mechanical equipment or moving parts.
