A bit about us A growing boutique transactional law practice is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its Orlando team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with business owners, developers, investors, lenders, and other sophisticated clients on complex real estate matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling commercial real estate transactions and be comfortable taking ownership of matters from beginning to end.

D. from an accredited law school
3+ years of commercial real estate experience preferred
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
Experience independently managing real estate transactions
