Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 20262027 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

In-person, school-based role

Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available

Positions begin ASAP through June 2027

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy

Collaborate with school special education teams

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)

Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply we provide supervision and mentorship
