Currently, we have a Contract Recruiter role for a national events company. We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter in Dallas, TX to support recruiting efforts and connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities. The Contract Recruiter is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Manage a high-volume recruiting desk with multiple requisitions across various properties and markets.

Source and engage candidates through job boards, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referrals, phone calls, email, and text outreach.

Coordinate interviews and follow up promptly with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records, activity notes, and requisition statuses in the ATS.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for AV Technician roles and other positions as hiring needs evolve.

Track recruiting activity, identify potential bottlenecks, and keep hiring teams informed of hiring progress.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely candidate submissions.

Experience recruiting for multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience using an ATS to manage candidates and requisitions.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting candidate outreach through email and text.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring managers, locations, requisitions, and deadlines.

Experience recruiting AV Technicians, event production staff, hospitality teams, or other technical and property-based roles is a plus.

Spanish-speaking proficiency is required.
