Physiatrist Needed Part-time (Physician )

AB Staffing is looking for experienced Physical Therapists for the upcoming 26/27 school year.

Contract through the school year - Part Time (8 hours per week)

Contract follows the academic district calendar

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Texas State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain).

see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.

Evaluate patients by observing their movements, performing standardized tests, and listening to their concerns to establish an individualized plan of care.

Competent care rendered to patients. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, modalities, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.

Provide continuity of care by communicating pertinent patient information with the rehab team, physicians, and other disciplines as needed.

Document all patient care in accordance with department policies.
