Our Emergency Room RN's:Triage, assess, prioritize, monitor, and manage overall care for emergent cases for pediatric and adult cases.Treat patients for services including, but not limited to critical care, rapid response codes, and trauma cases in an ACS Certified Level I Trauma Center.Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, physician residents, nurse educators, registered nurses (RN), RN residents and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.Passion for the emergency room1+ years of registered nurse (RN) experience in a high volume, fast paced emergency department1+ years of semi-acute registered nurse (RN) experienceEducation: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degreeWill consider associates degree if enrolled in an accredited BSN programLicensure: New York registered nurse (RN) license & registrationCertification: Basic life support (BLS) required, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) required – only accepted from American Heart AssociationCertified emergency nurse (CEN), trauma nursing core course (TNCC), or critical care registered nurse (CCRN) preferredSalary range USD $59.61 - USD $77.49 /hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
