HR Generalist- Services
IDR, Inc.
IDR is seeking a HR Advisor to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic and customer-focused Human Resources team, supporting employee inquiries and HR processes. The organization is committed to providing excellent service and continuously improving HR operations.
Position Overview for the HR Advisor:
Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and HR regarding benefits, policies, and HR programs.
Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Support HR transactions related to employee lifecycle events, data changes, and policy clarifications.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and enhance self-service capabilities and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the HR Advisor:
Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Workday.
Proficiency with HR systems.
Bilingual communication skills a plus.
