Hospital ICU RN - Travel Nursing

Registered Nurse, ICU in Geneva, NY, United States. end date flexible). Weekly pay: $2,080-$2,174 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour rotating (7:00 a.m.-Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital conducting intensive care unit services. This travel assignment is temporary.

Short Term Acute Care Hospital ICU

Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill adults and geriatric patients in the ICU, including ongoing assessment and individualized care plans

Manage airway and ventilator support as trained, administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders and protocols, and document outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record

Perform and assist with ICU procedures within scope of practice; coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and adherence to hospital policies; Active NYS RN licensure

Basic Coronary Care knowledge within 6 months of hire

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion; Ability to work effectively in an ICU setting with adult and geriatric patients
