Job Shift: Designed by world-renowned architectural innovators Snøhetta, 50 West 66th Street is the firm's first residential building in the United States. This new architectural landmark offers the finest floor plans and finishes, as well as over50,000 square feet of immersive amenities and curated lifestyle services to revel in. Responsibilities Greeting residents and guests entering the building.
Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for residents and guests.
Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage.
Knowing apartment facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and residents.
Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area.
Must be available to work one of the following shift:
Qualifications & Requirements Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
Take pride in making guests and residents feel safe.
Respond to requests from guests, residents, and your team in a timely manner.
Lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Prior experience as a Doorperson at a luxury hotel or residential building is preferred. Pay & Benefits Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits such as medical and paid time off will be provided.
