Temporary DoormanProperty Management company seeking an experienced temporary doorman for a luxury residential building.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that residents' needs are met such as responding to requests for deliveries or repair servicesScreening and directing visitors to appropriate destinations within the buildingInteracting with residents and guests, answering questions about building rules and regulations, and handling emergencies such as fires or medical callsAccepting packages and managing the distribution of packages to tenantsOperating security equipment such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and intercom systemsProviding security at building entrances by checking IDs and permits of all third-party contractors entering the buildingMaintaining order in the building by enforcing rules and regulations regarding noise levels, pets, unruly behavior, and other infractionsProviding concierge services to residents, such as assisting with luggage, mail, and deliveriesJob RequirementsProficiency in EnglishWork collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious relevant work experienceWorking ConditionsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbsMust have a good history of job dependability and responsibilityPay Rate: $19.00 per hourAbout Stonehenge Management LLCStonehenge NYC and its affiliated companies is a vertically integrated, private real estate group with expertise in investment management, property management, development, design, construction and leasing.
